Dr Otto Guem worked here as a public notary from 1940. He was not only chairman of the local history and museum association, but as a writer he also left behind many novellas and poems.
A salt barn (1591) and stables for the salt trade once stood on the site of this building complex up to the primary schools, from 1815 there was an 'Gasthaus zum weißen Lamm' and around 1820 a public salt office. In 1849 a post office with a horse exchange was built and in 1860 there was a 'Lamplwirt' inn.
